My name is Jamie Craig, and I am Director of Bands for Nodaway Valley Schools.  I teach grades 6-12 in concert band, jazz band, marching band, pep band, and lessons.  I graduated from Wartburg College in 1998 with a bachelor's of music education, and have worked for Nodaway Valley since 2008.

My wife Mandy and I have two girls, Ellie and Macy. I am a drillwriter for several marching bands in Iowa under my company name Moving Music Productions.  In the summer I am the Voice of Drum Corps International for several midwest drum corps shows.  I also am church musician for the Orient United Methodist Church and fill in for the Fontanelle UMC.

Beginning in 2011, the NV Bands will be a SmartMusic program. Besides critical thinking and problem solving, band classes will now also support technology integration and 21st century skills.
